We’re very excited to announce that we have just settled in to our wonderful, new warehouse and order fulfilment facility Omni Channel Fulfilment. Run by the two managing directors Mark O’Connor and Dean Watkins, we know that our customers are going to receive the very highest level of service available.
Eighteen months ago, Mark left his post as MD of a large fulfilment centre to set up OCF with colleague Dean. At the heart of their passion is a commitment to customer service.
‘We’re passionate about the consumer experience and ensuring it’s perfect in every way,’ says Mark. ‘We believe that the future of retail is increasingly about personalisation as opposed to automation. We want every customer to feel unique.’
This sentiment echoes our own. It is vital that our musicians receive their clothes in time for their concerts and other events and we feel we can trust OCF to deliver cost effectively and on time every time.
But it’s not just their customer service that set them apart. On my first visit to OCF I noticed an electronic board in the foyer detailing the wattage inputs and outputs on the site, in every variation, thereby measuring its carbon footprint.
Walking into the warehouse Mark pointed to some shiny, green walkways. ‘These are polished and dusted every week,’ he smiled. Indeed, the whole warehouse looked immaculate. Our precious clothes will be well looked after here.
Black Dress Code and Omni Channel Fulfilment are both young companies. We look forward to many years of cooperation ahead.
