Congratulations to the St George’s College Chamber Choir

Congratulations to the St George’s College Chamber Choir, finalist in the BBC Songs of Praise Senior School Choir of the Year Competition 2016. The choir appeared on Songs of Praise on 24 April, performing Ev’ry time I feel the spirit to critical acclaim.

The choir was thrilled to receive a well-deserved trophy as runners-up in the competition. The judges commented that they gave a “technically amazing performance” and described them as “cool customers, who had performed with passion and confidence”.

We have a close relationship with St George’s, having collaborated with them on our Georgina Dress – the dress worn by the Chamber Choir girls for their BBC appearance! The Georgina dress is available to buy here.
