RETURNS

We promise to refund any item with which you are not completely satisfied provided that the following cautions have been observed:

Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, undamaged, in the original packaging, with warning and price tags attached. Please do not use unnecessary force when trying on the clothes ensure that they are kept free of makeup or other stains. We cannot accept any item back for refund or exchange that is not in its original packaging, has been worn or marked, has been washed or has had labels detached.

Return within 28 days of purchase in a saleable condition with the enclosed returns form, noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund. A refund will be offered where goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds will be credited via the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed from day of receipt to our offices.
